Palmer Mayor Steve Carrington talks about the Palmer City Council Meeting of June 10th. Items discussed were a pathway from S. Chugach Street to behind Spenard Builders, and an update on the library rebuild. The manager updated the status of openings for the chief of police, the director of human resources, and the director of community development.
