City Manager, Kolby Hickel Zerkel joins Mike Chmielewski on Inside the City.
Kolby and Mike talked about the timetable for the library. Bids for the demolition of the building must be received by June 11th at 2 pm. The plan is to have the demolition finished by the end of July, and new construction can begin in August. There are a lot of personnel changes happening in Palmer. Three major ones are the City HR Director, the Chief of Police, and the Director of Community Development. There is no gap in services because of the excellent employees who work for the city.
